1. Your teeth will be guaranteed stronger if you use PWT.

3. Only one dentist feels PWT is an inferior product.
4. Of the dentists surveyed by PWT, the majority recommended it as a way to improve your dental health.

Answers 1 and 2 are not implied in any way. Just because there is one dentist who didn't recommend (Answer 3), that doesn't mean he feels PWT is inferior. Process of elimination points to Answer 4.
