... It can be reasonably inferred that

1. Huck is frustrated with Jim for not being detestable.
2. Huck is ready to go on to his next adventure.
3. Huck feels he cannot abandon Jim regardless of what all his "learning" has taught him.
4. Huck believes Jim is resourceful enough to survive whatever hard times come his way.

Huck may be frustrated but not with Jim. He's giving this a lot of serious thought so the flippancy of Answer 2 is also incorrect. Then there is Answer 4, which mistakenly implies Huck is rationalizing. That leaves Answer 3 as the correct response.
