13) If you roll two 6 sided dice, which of the following must be true?

1. A 1 or 3 are most likely to be on one of the die.
2. The probability of getting the same number on both dice is greater than the probability of getting a 1 and a 5 on both dice.

There are 6 out of 36 outcomes that both dice will have the same number. There are only 2 out of 36 outcomes that both dice will have a 1 and a 5 on them. Therefore this is the only correct answer.
