28) You successfully install a new printer and scanner hardware in a Windows XP computer. Sometime later, the user installs an updated print driver. When they restart her computer, they receive the following error message: "STOP.IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". After restarting the computer they receive the same error message. How can you make sure that the user can successfully start Windows XP Professional. What should you do?

1. Restart computer with the last known good configuration.
   
2. Restart computer in safe mode. Log on as a local administrator and set the Driver Signing Options to Ignore-Install the software anyway and do not task for my approval.
   
3. Restart computer in safe mode. Create a local computer policy to enable Windows File Protection.
   
4. Restart computer in recovery console. Enable the new print driver with the Service system start parameter.
