10) A user wants to know why the IP address on his workstation keeps changing. What do you tell him?

DHCP distributes IP addresses. The addresses are "leased" by DHCP client computers and the addresses are renewed as needed. This is "Dynamic IP addressing". When a client's lease is up and they boot their computer they will receive an address but it may be different because their initial address has been given to some other computer.
