26) A Word document is printed from the printer icon on the Word toolbar. However, the document prints to the wrong printer. How can this be fixed? (Choose two.)

1. Set the appropriate printer as the default printer.
   
2. Close the document and save it as a print file.

4. From the Printers Folder configure more than one printer as the default.
   
5. Select print from the File menu in Word and choose the right printer.
   

When using the printer icon from the toolbar of an application, the job will be sent to the default printer. When printing from the File menu in an application, you get to choose from all installed printers which one you want to use. Remember, only one printer can be set as the default and you can change which printer that should be.
