1) Two methods for recovering from a forgotten BIOS password are ___________.

BIOS passwords are stored in the CMOS chip. Either removing the battery temporarily or using a jumper to short it will erase the current password and so allow you to create a new one. However, keep in mind that these steps will erase the entire contents of the BIOS, not just the password.
