34) What can Congress do if the Supreme Court finds a federal law unconstitutional?

1. appeal the court's decision to the District of Columbia's court of appeals.
2. Reenact the same law.
3. Formally request that the President veto the court's decision.
4. Censure the members of the Supreme Court who voted the law unconstitutional.
5. Try to amend the Constitution.

Once the Supreme Court has found a law unconstitutional, the only option that exists for Congress is to attempt to pass the law via Constitutional amendment.
