14) Which group of people, growing in number in recent years, is conservative on fiscal issues while liberal on social issues?

Explanation

Libertarians strongly oppose any government interfering in their personal, family and business decisions. Essentially, they believe all Americans should be free to live their lives and pursue their interests as they see fit as long as they do no harm to another.  These beliefs, therefore, make them quite conservative on economic issues (low taxes, no governmental interference) and liberal on social issues (no governmental interference, freewill should rule).
