The last four lines of the passage suggest that:

1. Bronte believes God will destroy the universe.
2. Bronte believes God will destroy the universe and then rebuild it in three days.
3. Bronte believes that man will destroy God through non-belief.
4. Bronte believes the universe will cease to be.
5. Bronte believes that in God, life is eternal and that Death cannot conquer it.

Bronte holds that all God's children exist in him and since he is indestructible, Death cannot void life. It is merely a passage.
