Just study hard, Ash. A book that helped me tremendously was McGraw-Hill's GED w/ CD-ROM (Mcgraw Hill's Ged). It's about 20 bucks, comes with a CD rom w/ 3 half tests and 3 full tests. It's written in a way that's easy to follow and undertstand. And remember: The practice tests you take in that book are actually harder than the test is in real life. You'll find that the actual test is full of softball questions.

Another alternative is to just take some GED prep courses at your local high-school/adult school. Either option will give you the tools to pass the test w/ no problem.
