Posted - 27 June 2006 17:54 Hey there,im new here. uhm,i just want to ask what is the percentage i need in order to pass GED. for example, do i need to have 80% correct answers? or 70 %? it would really be nice if someone answered my question. thanks. :)

Posted - 28 June 2006 4:4 You have to score at least 410 out of a possible 800 so that is slightly over 50% you have to get right. Some states do have higher standards.

Posted - 7 August 2006 21:25 My goodness you only need just over 50%?? Is that correct? I just did the practise test and got 83.87% and I finished school 30yrs ago (ouch!) AND I'm from England and dont have a clue about American politics or government!! I just did the test to get an idea of what it was like because we were wondering whether my 13yr old homeschooled son would be able to pass. If he only has to get just over 50% I'm sure he could pass, he knows more than I do!!
