Milynna | Posted - 12 January 2006 20:9 !!!!!!!!!!! I need help too!!!!!! I have a test date approaching REAL soon and I already know MATH is going to be my only downfall.Once you start talkin' above fractions, you might as well be speaking a language I'm unfamiliar with. I'm so sure I wont pass the math test, I'm ready betting on the retake. |

smunchie1982 | Posted - 12 January 2006 21:51 math is the reason why i'm on my 3rd try on trying to pass the damn test. its really aggrevating i cried when i got the test back for the 2nd time. |

HopelessDip | Posted - 15 January 2006 18:9 please i need help 911 i pass everything on the ged test except the math i'm 34yrsold and still dump when it comes to math i really need help please |

dgallo | Posted - 23 January 2006 13:25 what do you need help with cause i'm good at math except calculus which isn't on the test |

smunchie1982 | Posted - 23 January 2006 13:27 i need help with geometry i'm trying to study it but when i study alone i can never get the concept of it. |

dgallo | Posted - 23 January 2006 13:51 any part of geometry in particular?(please don't say proofs i'm horrible at them) |

smunchie1982 | Posted - 23 January 2006 13:52 im having troubles with the measures of abc or whatever and the 3.14 pi |

dgallo | Posted - 23 January 2006 13:56 for the measures of angles do you mean sin, tan, cos cause you can just use SOH (sine is opposite over hypotenuse) CAH (cosine is adjacent over hypotenuse) TOA (tangent is opposite over adjacent) and remember that the hypotenuse is always the longest side. |

smunchie1982 | Posted - 23 January 2006 13:59 damn you just confused me lol umm yeah i guess lol i suck at math so badly i get confused easily on it. yeah like the parallells one like how they have like 8 numbers on them ...um they are hard to explain |

dgallo | Posted - 23 January 2006 14:22 i hope you mean transversals if so go to http://dgallo331.tripod.com/geometry.html |

smunchie1982 | Posted - 23 January 2006 14:50 yes thats what i need help with the site you gave me ...i cant seem to understand that |

dgallo | Posted - 23 January 2006 14:54 what part of it don't you understand? |

smunchie1982 | Posted - 23 January 2006 14:55 like on some problems they will ask about 116 on a pararell line like on that link and i wouldnt know how they got like 116 out of the numbers |

dgallo | Posted - 23 January 2006 15:1 well angles (a+b), (c+d), (e+f),and (g+h) all equal 180 so if b is 64 then a would be 116 and (a,c,e,h) would all be the same angle and (b,d,f,g)would be the same angle |

smunchie1982 | Posted - 23 January 2006 15:6 ohhh i see so its pretty much just knowing your angles and subtract and adding right ? |
